COVID-19 INSTRUCTIONS

All patients must wear a mask and self-screen for covid before entering the building.
As per the recommendations from Public Health Ontario, Please Do Not Walk Into the Clinic:

• if you have Covid symptoms
• if you have been in close contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with Covid
• or if you have been told to self-quarantine,

Please call us, and your appointment will be rescheduled after the minimum quarantine period.
